Piping works

Neva Volga Ladoga implements all types of pipeline systems on the ship. Experienced and highly qualified specialists of NVL will make a full or partial replacement of the ship’s pipeline systems and their necessary repairs, as well as repair and cleaning of heat exchangers with subsequent hydrostatic testing. For the production and repair of pipelines from non-ferrous metals, the technology of argon-arc welding is used. NVL also performs work on the repair and installation of pipes for steam boilers and furnaces

Assembly and welding operations

NVL carries out assembly and welding operations for the manufacture of hull sections, which afterwards undergo X-ray, ultrasonic flaw detection and magnetic-particle inspection. Qualified welders who have mastered the technologies of manual, automatic and semi-automatic gas shielded arc welding (argon, mixtures, carbon dioxide) will perform all the necessary work efficiently and quickly

Installation of various containers

The “Neva Volga Ladoga” company is engaged in design and assembling of various containers, including cylindrical-conical tanks (CCT) and outsized containers. Depending on the capacity and needs, CCT can be manufactured in different volumes and sizes, and for different types of liquids. Our company can also make a complete piping of containers according to the project and prescribe an automated work algorithm. We are able to meet all industrial strength and efficiency requirements.
